Severed Bits Sludge Pulses WAV REX2

TEAM MAGNETRiXX | 13 July 2013 | 278 MB

Particular presents Severed Bits – Sludge Pulses. This time we are exploring the creative pulping of sequences and loops through parallel sweetspotting of transistors, vacuum tubes and digital manglers – for that perfect amount of grit. While it’s obvious use is in dirtying up any style of house, techno or dubstep, the sound drapes fittingly over anything in need of beautiful imperfections.

Created by feeding sequences and beats through a parallel setup of transistor, valve and digtal warping units and blending them together through a peak sensitive mixing process, creating quite a unique signature of beautifully sludged electronic loops.

Gear used: KYMA, SCOPE, Origin modular systems, Waldorf Microwave XT, Virus TI2, Genoqs Nemo sequencer, Thermionic Culture Culture Vulture, Rodec Restyler, SSL X-Rack system, SSL G series compressor, Tonelux OTB16, API 2500, Elysia Xpressor, Kush Clariphonic, and a whole armada of exotic VST effect plugins.

In detail expect to find 154 wav loops and 135 rex loops in 100, 110 and 120 bpm, all in all summing up to 210 MB wavefiles and 119 MB of rexfiles in 48 kHz 24 bit.
