CLASSIC SYNTHS AND MODERN PATTERNS
The synths in CIRCUIT HALO include the Roland Juno 60, Casio VL-Tone, Prophet 5, Yamaha DX7, Sequential Circuits Pro One and Six-Trak, and a Korg MS-20 – all meticulously multi-sampled with a warm low end and their own idiosyncrasies such as pitch drift. Boutique outboard gear, like a classic 80s British talkback compressor and 1/2″ analog tape, were applied to these sounds for tone shaping, warmth, and character. The result is instant, authentic sound with incredible tweakability.
