  3. Hello I have found these instructions for MAC users and they have helped me and everything is working on this Distribution!!! THANKS MAGESYPRO it Works finally

*It works great on Mojave (And probably on other OSX systems) when the installation is done correctly. It has also always worked for me this way in the past and it is likely that also in future installations as well:

    IMPORTANT!!
If you have installed waves before
*Uninstall Previous Versions. (recommended to use the excellent ‘AppDelete’ which also removes all hidden installation files which you can never find manually) Just drug & drop the whole ‘Waves’ folder from /Applications/ on it And press the Delete button)

From the ‘Plugins’ folder, Delete manually (or again drug & drop to AppDelete) all the Waves plugins called normally ‘WaveShell…1..2..-AU…/-VST…/ VST3… etc… (inside Components/VST…. ) if needed. and Restart the computer.
    *Library/Audio/Plug-ins/Components
    *Library/Audio/Plug-ins/VST
    *Library/Audio/Plug-ins/VST3

    CLEAN INSTALL
(STAY OFFLINE!!!) turn your internet conection OFF
    1. Mount *Install_Waves_Central.dmg. it’s inside Waves Folder
    2. Install Waves Central (Drag and Drop on Aplications folder)
    3. Run Waves Central (STAY OFFLINE!!!)
    4. Select offline Installer and point to “Waves” Folder it’s inside Waves.Complete.v11.22.04.20 Folder
    5. Select and install “ONLY V11 PLUGINS” and wait for the Installation to finish
    6. Close Wave Central or Select Restart…

    7. Extract ‘WavesLicenseEngine.11.zip’ to the desktop and run ‘WavesLicenseEngine.pkg’) it’s inside Waves.Complete.v11.22.04.20 Folder
    8. Run Waves AU Reg files Utility1,2,3,5 & 6 (4 is missing by me) from ‘/Applications/Waves/WaveShells V11’

And You are good to go… CHEERS

      1. I have uploaded some images for the selection of plugins, you only have to select plugins V11

        https://ibb.co/vZsqcwM

If you have installed waves before, remove it completely and all traces in the instructions are how to do it and also on the waves page you will find the information to remove waves completely. Once this is done you can proceed by following the instructions and you will be successful. If it is the first time that you install waves, carefully follow the instructions that we have put up in the comments for MAC and you will be successful.

  8. Hi I found this in a comment from windows and pence that it could be of help to mac people who have had this installation problem, and it may be failed attempts in the past when installing the plugins.
I recommend that you clean and remove everything, either manually, or as I did with a third-party application called “App Cleaner & Uninstaller Pro”
that cleans everything without a trace. I also leave an article on the internet direct from the waves page, the installation of this distribution works without problems, completing all the steps is successful. So delete any trace and proceed with a clean installation, I tell you to replicate the installation problem of your comments and it happens when there are traces of other wave verifications or failed installations, I hope this information is helpful as it was for me, that it I share so that you are also successful with your installation. regards

  9. I made it…!

Before I try this way, I tried all things I could do, but everytime I got the message ” Installation failed – Please restart or contact support if repeats” and failed to install this.

    I am using Catalina(10.15.5).

    Just try:
    – Delete previous versions.

    – In downloaded Waves Complete 11 folder, copy “Data” folder and “install.cen” into “Waves Offline Istallers”(Macintosh HD > “user name” > public > Waves Offline Installers).

    – Install “Waves Central”, turn your computer into offline, and run “Waves Central”.

    – Start offline installation. When select install file(path), select “install.cen” from Macintosh HD > “user name” > public > Waves Offline Installers.

    – Only check V11 Plug-ins. Install. After installation, close Waves Central or Restart.

    – Extract ‘Waves LicenseEngine.11.zip’ to the desktop and run extracted file(‘WavesLicenseEngine.pkg’).

    – Run all Waves AU Reg files Utility(1,2,3~) from ‘/Apllications/Waves/WaveShells V11’

    – Done:)

    Always thank you, Magesy!

  10. Thanks I already had success using the Waves.Complete.v11.22.04.20 version distributed here in Magesy thanks, but in that version StudioRack did not exist yet.

I provided new versions but StudioRack and the plugins were flying, so I decided to go back to the one I had before Waves.Complete.v11.22.04.20.

Reading on the internet I realized that in some DAWS that was a common error and I expected a version to come out with the corrected errors.

Well TODAY is LUCKY day this new version Waves.Complete.v11.24.06.20 is stable and did not fly, only that instead of removing everything and reinstalling what I did was download this new distribution Waves.Complete.v11 .24.06.20 right here.

    * Turn off my internet.
    * Open the Waves Central that you already had installed from the past distribution v11.22.04.20.
    * Choose OFFLINE and select the folder in the downloads.
    * I load the new content, and exclusively install StudioRack of this new distribution v11.24.06.20 it was installed perfectly without problems.
    * Close Waves Central Restart my computer. * Apply the patch and reopen all the AU Reg Utility that in my case were 1,2,3,5,6, and now 10.

*** Important point, each AU Reg Utility belongs to a block of installed products. If you didn’t install drivers (which are not necessary if you don’t have the Hardware or, v10 plugins),
and you exclusively install v11 plugins. * That’s the reason why you don’t have any more AU Reg Utility. ***

Well back to the topic I opened Ableton 10.1.2 and Logic Pro X 10.4.4 in MacOs Sierra 10.12.6, load StudioRack without problems and successfully load the new presets that this new distribution brings.

Thanks Magesy I hope this helps and also very IMPORTANT remember that if you have an error during the installation it is because you need to do a clean installation and erase all traces of failed installations, do a clean installation as if you had never had waves on your computer.

So be successful! There are very good data in the comments, take some time and read them, you will have all the points in favor to be successful in your OFFLINE installation of Waves. Cheers !!

  11. Hello,

Installation is completed following the instructions but when I open Ableton or Logic, none of the VST/AU will open and appear in my DAW.

    Anybody with the same issue?
