To celebrate 909 day (September 9th for those not in the know), we wanted to give you guys our unreleased collection of TR909 samples. A lot of the samples in this pack are from an original unit, carefully sampled, but we also made some new hybrid 909 samples.
The new hybrid TR909 inspired claps, snares, and kicks that are part 80’s and part now, giving these samples a unique edge.
All of these sounds are great for layering with more contemporary drum samples. You could easily take one of the snare samples in this pack for example, and layer it with a Trap or Future Bass snare for a retro modern sound.
