Bandecho VST v1 0 R2 Incl Keygen ASSiGN

TEAM ASSiGN 12 AUGUST 2011

Bandecho is a plugin modelled after vintage tape echoes like Roland Space Echo and Watkins Copicat, but with several extra features making it one of the best sounding echo machines available. We believe that the sounds you can get from this beauty are far more versatile than any tape echo on the market. So, if you are looking for everything from vintage tape echo to extreme textured delay lines, look no further!

Tape echo rack

Bandecho actually consists of eight echoes, rather than just one as you might think. First is the stereo tape echo which is the heart of the plugin and drives all other functions. This echo can be up to 5 seconds long and can be synchronized to your host BPM for easy beat making. The readouts automatically change from milliseconds to beat when set syncing to host. You can change from regular quarter notes to dotted and triplets. The two sliders adjust the time and in stereo mode you can set different delay times for left and right. This is something you can’t do with a real tape echo! It also has some very interesting filters that can make the echo oscillate new tones and an LFO that can modulate different sources like the mentioned cutoff filters and panning.

Drive rack

In our opinion an echo needs a distortion part to sound great and this drive is something special. Due to its cutoff and a resonance it can self oscillate and create tones inside the distortion. Basically you can send the whole signal through the oscillating distortion to make it sound warm or to give it more bite! This is very useful if you want to create a vintage sounding echo.

Effect rack

The effect rack consists of several unique effects perfect for making the echo shine…or should we say crackle. The first part is the Old Tape which makes the tape slow down and speed up like a bad tape head. The next part is the Granulizer which really gives the tape a dirty sound. It crouches the echoes down to small fragments. At the bottom there is a Chorus and that does what you expect. On the right hand side is the Comb Filter which is the second echo stage in Bandecho. By adding a super short delay we can make each echo taps sound like tiny reverbs of their own. It kind of gives the feeling of sending the echo signal into a small resonating room.

Multiecho rack

The multiecho rack consists of the six remaining echos in the chain. The first two are taken from the input signal making it two extra basic echoes. The third and the fourth are taken after the distortion part and will echo the distorted signal. The last two echoes are taken after the Comb Filter and will therefore include all the different processes when echoed. These six echos are part of what makes the plugin unique and the main reason why this echo can do insanely wide and complex delay lines.

Output rack

The last rack is the output rack where you can set the plugin up to be a send effect or an insert effect. It also shows the outputs for all the different delays.

Usage

Bandecho is built to be very easy to use. The workflow is logical and though it has many advanced features we believe that the user will quickly become familiar with the miscellaneous possibilities within the plugin. It comes with 100 presets from the very basic slapback echoes to advanced modelled delays. We give you a great starting point and you should easily find the sound you are looking for.

MIDI Learn

All Bluenoise Plugins feature MIDI Learn. This makes using an external controller to control the plugins super easy. You just right-click, hit MIDI learn and tweak the controller you want to be assigned to the knob. Voila!
Computer Music Version
Bluenoise Plugins has provided Computer Music with a scaled down version to be released on every special issue of the magazine. Check it out!

Testemonials

Several magazines has put out raving reviews of Bandecho, but here are what the uses says:
“This is the best tape echo we have ever used” – Kryptic minds “What a great sounding tape echo! I love it’s diversity and the dirty massive delay lines that are possible. Bandecho is a sure bet to be useful in many ways and it’s giving a special unique touch to my sound design” – Oliver Schmitt aka SOUNDS OF REVOLUTION “If there were one plugin I’d hope would go Mac version, it must be Bandecho!” – DJteebee
