Different genres and styles require different mixing and mastering approaches. Many EDM tracks will be treated differently than Hip Hop tracks or even Rock songs – it’s important to be aware of the differences among genres when approaching a mixdown or master!
In this course, Maxim will take advantage of iZotope’s powerful plugins to mix and master a Rock song in Ableton Live 10. We will showcase the use of Trash 2, Alloy 2, Nectar 2, and Ozone 8 – shaping and sculpting everything from drums to vocals.
